Families will have the ability to ask questions within the course and be part of a community that includes others enrolled in the same training program. These tools will provide a real opportunity to get regular feedback and encouragement from both Myndie Berka and others going through the same training as you are!

Absolutely! You do not need regular access to a gym or full distance pitching lane to train successfully with BreakThrew Fastpitch. If you have a net and a bucket of balls OR a wall and a sock ball, you can do almost every workout during the winter months!

Workouts are provided that should be done, on-average, 3-days each week.  Pitchers will also be encouraged to develop a short, 5-minute daily routine to improve key areas based on their individual needs. These 5-minute daily routines done correctly and consistently over time are when the most significant improvements in mechanics and spins will occur!

No, every pitcher that registers for the BreakThrew Fastpitch In-Person Training Program will receive all workouts and assignments via email and NOT via the an app for the 2022-23 training season.

I hate for your daughter to miss a lesson as much or more than you do! If she has to miss a class, I will do my best to find her an option to make it up. The missed session MUST be made up during the same week of the lesson plan that was missed. If you are willing to be flexible on when and where the make-up class is offered, it may be in a different location than her regular class, I can typically provide her a make-up opportunity.

Yes, these large-group in-person classroom sessions will be offered to EVERY pitcher doing in-person training OR participating in the "Complete Pitcher" On-Line Course.

Catchers will be needed for most in-person lessons and TEAM CATCHERS are STRONGLY encouraged to be the person that attends. Catchers can learn a lot about their pitcher by simply spending time training with them and listening to the pitching instruction they receive. This will also help strengthen the pitcher/catcher relationship and build the trust that is needed to effectively lead their teams. If team catchers are unable to attend, a parent may catch.

Most programs are open to girls 8 years old and up and include all skill levels from beginner through advanced. These programs are designed to help any pitcher that is passionate about improving both their physical skills and mindset!
